Global mobile advertising revenue topped $5.3B in 2011

According to a newly published report, the worldwide mobile advertising market reached a total value of $5.3 billion in 2011. The Asia Pacific leads regional market share at 31.4% followed by North America with 31.4% and Europe, 25.9%, while Latin America and the Middle East & Africa markets contribute 3.5% and 3.2%, respectively.
