New date announced for 24 Mobile Advertising Solutions AGM
STOCKHOLM, 21 June 2012. Due to official error in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting of 24 Mobile Advertising Solutions on 29 June 2012, the Board of Directors have found it necessary to reschedule the assembly. New date for the AGM has been set to 30 July 2012.

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, 14 June 2012. 24MAS’s newly appointed CEO Lars Lindqvist has been tasked by the Board to prepare the company for an IPO in the US. The decision is rooted in 24MAS’s positive development with double-digit turnover in the past year and the fact that the Board has secured funding for expansion and planned acquisitions. The company will release details of its IPO in the second quarter of 2013.

24MAS launches fully managed games store with Vodafone Hungary
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, 27 March 2012. 24MAS today launched a fully managed games store powering Vodafone Hungary’s gaming offering to end users. This latest deal in a series of fully managed app stores by 24MAS increases the footprint in the region to over five carriers. The new service targets existing Vodafone Live! users with a fresh content and portal offering, across both smartphone and existing feature phones. Vodafone Hungary and 24MAS have also agreed on developing an innovative new smartphone store based on 24MAS’s multiple technology platforms, which will be an integral part of the new smartphone portal launching later in the year.
